Questions we often get
What happens when we map your critical machines and downtime?
After a short intake, we spend about 45 minutes at your site working out which machines are most at risk, how you handle maintenance today and what downtime is costing you. All we need from you is your knowledge of the factory. Within a week, you get a summary of where you stand and a practical plan. Then you decide whether to go ahead.
Do we need to have our own data?
No. We fit our own sensors to the key components of your machines, so you don’t need existing sensor data or digital infrastructure. Whether your machines are ten or thirty years old, if a component is causing downtime, we can monitor it and tell you when it needs maintenance.
Will the installation of sensors stop our production?
No. We install the sensors outside production hours, without having to modify anything on the machine. Thanks to a built-in 4G module, the sensor doesn’t need to connect to your network either.
How quickly will we see results?
From the moment the sensors are installed, you have real-time insight into how your machines are running: sensor data, condition and machine behaviour are visible live in one dashboard. From there we build towards concrete predictions, so you know which machine is at risk and when maintenance is really needed.
